We are on our Way – Building Update

Image of a building under construction

As many of you know, Mianus River Gorge has been working on an office renovation project to give our staff some desperately needed office space and enhance our ability to work with students in our research and education program. The project has been in the planning and permitting stages for almost a year and now we have finally broken ground.

The new building wing will not only create office space, but adds a new classroom, a small ecological lab, and storage and workspace. The staff are very excited about this building renovation and how it will improve our existing programs and help us offer even more to the community. We are also very grateful to those who have contributed already and helped make it a reality.

You will be hearing more in the coming months. In the meantime, we have temporary offices in Bedford Hills where you can reach us at 914-234-3455. We hope to be back in residence in the new space at 167 Mianus River Rd. come fall.
