Is it easier or more difficult to tell which tree is which when its leaves have fallen? Budd Veverka is up for the challenge and will help you identify trees by examining unique buds, opposite or alternate branches, and, of course, the bark. You’ll see trees side by side to compare and contrast the features that determine the tree. You’ll also learn which creatures depend on winter trees for food and shelter.
