MRG Executive Director Rod Christie will introduce you to the 21-acre Taylor Preserve, owned and managed by Mianus River Gorge, where you’ll enjoy hemlock / oak woodlands surrounded on three sides by the Mianus River and views from the top of the ridge. You’ll learn about the history of a former grist mill and other businesses that operated on this site in the 1700-1800s.
