Meet at the Gorge parking area across from 167 Mianus River Rd.
Join owl expert and enthusiast, Chris Nagy, Ph.D., on an evening walk in the
Gorge. We’ll look for the Eastern Screech Owl, Great Horned Owl and Barred Owl, three year-round residents of the Preserve. You’ll learn the mnemonic devices to remember their calls to know who’s who. We may spot bats, flying squirrels, and other nocturnal creatures, too.
