Spring is a great time to examine the history of land use and see the sights of emerging flora and fauna. Join Rod Christie as we read the landscape to understand its historical and geological roots. From farm ponds, to sheep paddocks, to vernal pools and the Gorge itself, we will explore this wonderful time of year. This will be an off-trail walk of about 1.5 – 2 miles through some up and down topography with uneven terrain.
